Outside the snow is blowing and I am on the couch with my dog under my legs and my cat on the left, and my man to my right. All warm and cozy.
Before the snow started to fall, I made to the gym. I love the elliptical!!!! 30 minutes burned over 300 calories (and a nice sweat) then I jumped on the bike for 30 minutes burning about 145 calories. I gave the weights the night off.
Subway, while the plan worked for Jared, is really a large calorie dinner and I thought I was being so good when I ate Subway. A six inch and a bag of baked lays is around 720 calories. Sheesh! However for the day, I did pretty well, coming in around 1,681.
Another day in my life...

Getting it out and moving on
Today I am venting and it's really just meant to help me focus my intentions. I am throwing it out, getting it out of my head and moving forward.
I have been doing very well working out, almost five days a week. Good thing though because if I wasn't working out, let's just say I would be exploring a larger pant size.
I have been counting my calories of which most of them are between 1,300 and 1,800. I have only had two really bad slip up days, one of them being tonight. Jet's Pizza is soooooo yummy and after I ate 4, yes 4 pieces, I visited their website, to find out one piece was 432 calories. To say the least, with dinner in the 1,700 calorie range, it was a H U G E slip today.
It's out, on the table and now I am moving on. As a positive note to today's derail. I ran a little, walked a little, and lifted weights a little. That's the story of, that's the glory of life, er, love.
